Calling young book readers and artists! Are you 9 to 12 years old, love books and art? Do you love to get new skills and have fun? This August, join our free art class at Te Kete Aronui Rototuna library, and learn how to paint an illustration of one of the favourite children's books.
You will learn the basics of acrylic painting, from proportions to composition, and create a unique piece of art.
All materials are provided. Absolute beginners welcome. Limited spaces available.
Please note children under 14 must always be accompanied by a caregiver in our libraries.
