Join us for a restorative workshop in honour of New Zealand Mental Health awareness week. This gentle, heart-centred session blends yoga, breathwork and sound healing to help you reconnect, release stress and recharge your mind and body. Guided movement, mindful breathing and the soothing Tibetan bowls will create a safe space for reflection, relaxation and renewal. Together, we’ll embrace the week’s kaupapa. 

We recommend wearing something comfortable and bringing a Yoga mat, or something equivalent, to lie on during the session.
