We invite you to dive into the knowledge pool of Tūmatauemga, the atua of war and humankind. In this 3-part workshop, we’ll cover Tūmatauenga and his many domains and some history of Maaori warfare. Each of you will get to create one of his many treasures: The Koikoi (double tipped spear).

Session 2: Finishing carving ends, begin staining

Session 3: Dressing with feathers, blessing with karakia
