You can make a Click and Collect order online or by giving your local library a call.

Free wi-fi (provided by Aotearoa People's Network Kaharoa) is available to anyone from outside the library buildings 24/7.
Connect to the network called ‘APNK Library’ on your device, enter the password ‘apnk2765’, and accept the on-screen Terms and Conditions to get internet access.
Returning Items
Loaned items can be returned using the return chutes located outside our libraries. These chutes are open 24/7.

Most of our programmes and events are due to finish for the year soon and will resume in 2022. In the meantime, we will be exploring new and innovative ways to make our programmes available for people who are unable to visit our branches in person, such as online options and take-away kits.
See What's OnFree Reservations (Holds) - Children and Young Adult collections
We offer free Reservations (Holds) for items in Children and Young Adult collections. To place a hold on an item, click the 'Place Hold' button next to the item in the catalogue. Select your preferred pickup location and click the 'Place Hold(s)' button.
