
This is a FREE wellness class hosted by Common Ground Gym on the last Monday of the month.
The Wellness Hour aims to improve community health and well-being through monthly wellness sessions. Each class will focus on a different theme (e.g., Core Strength, Mobility, Mindfulness).
No experience needed! These sessions are for adults of all fitness levels, especially those looking for a gentle introduction to exercise and wellness, or simply wanting to move and feel better each month. You can also join us for an optional post-class coffee and chat at Chapter One café.
The first session will focus on Core Strength – safe, low-impact exercises to improve balance, posture, and everyday functional movement. Participants can expect gentle coaching, encouragement, and simple take-home techniques.
