When you get items out from the Library, it is important they are returned in the same condition. If they get damaged, either at home or while you are still in the library, you may be responsible for paying for a replacement copy or part.

We will accept replacement items from customers, provided the item is in new condition, is the same format and edition and has the same ISBN number. A processing fee of $15.00 is still required. We will accept an exact replacement item from a Kit, with no added processing fee, at the discretion of the Kohinga/Lending Collections Leader.

Full Replacement Cost:

The Libraries recover the original cost of the item to cover replacement, even if it is in less than new condition or more than a year old. This applies to:
