Get Read-y for Summer with Hamilton City Libraries’ Boot Book Camp!

Ready to turn your reading game into a full-body workout and get lit(erary) fit? Join the Summer Book Camp for teens and adults, where the only things getting ripped are your reading goals! Whether you're a dedicated bookworm or a casual page-turner, our Summer Book Camp is your ticket to a fun, well-read summer. No sweat, just stories!

How does it work?

Starting Monday 15 December, you can pick up a Summer Book Camp challenge card from any of our libraries. When you register, you will automatically enter a draw for a chance to win our fabulous main prize!

Your card will have nine literary challenges for you to tackle. We have compiled a list of books to help you get started with these challenges. Simply borrow and read the books that fit each challenge, and make sure to record the title and author of each book.

Don’t forget to collect stamps for joining our awesome events and workshops! Plus, if you attend three or more events, you’ll have the chance to win a bonus prize in another draw.

Please see the terms and conditions for participating in our Reading Programmes.
