Mac at Auaha.

What is it?

The computer suite at Auaha Central Library is made up of three iMacs and three Raspberry Pi workstations, while our Te Kete Aronui Auaha has twelve ThinkPad Laptops. Our iMacs are dedicated to visual design tasks such as graphic design and video editing with the Affinity Design Suite and DaVinci Resolve, and the Raspberry Pi workstations are for browser-based 3D modelling in Tinkercad.

Customers can access the computers as they become available on a first-come, first-served basis to begin designing their projects. All iMacs are connected to the internet so that you can do your research before you start your project.

Please note: All data is wiped at the end of your session, so bringing your own storage media for your projects is essential.

There is no need to book! Come into either Auaha location and ask one of our friendly staff about it. You can also email us to get more information.
