Join Jimmy Singh and Kodi Hapi in a healing mindful session, as they bring together ancient wisdom from the East and Maatauranga Maaori.
We will begin with karakia before being led in a gentle, heart-centred session, blending breathwork and sound healing to help you reconnect, release stress and recharge your mind and body. Guided movement, mindful breathing and the soothing Tibetan bowls will create a safe space for reflection, relaxation and renewal.
We recommend that participants:

Wear comfortable clothing to stretch and move
