Pride Pin Drop-In!

Drop in and create your very own badge! You can hand-draw a design, create one on our computers, or choose from our premade templates.

 All ages welcome!

Badges are $2.00 each.

Pride Prints – T-Shirt Painting 

Paint the rainbow and other cool designs onto your clothes! We will provide the fabric paints but the ideas are all yours! Spaces are limited - Register now to secure your spot. Participants must bring their own t-shirts.

Pride Zine Workshops

This workshop will introduce you to zine-making, including how to make your own 8-page booklet from a single page! Resources will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own craft supplies, pictures or magazines to this workshop. Drop-in sessions with no registration required!

Wear Your Pride – T-Shirt Design & Heat Pressing 

A hands-on creative session in our Auaha Makerspace! Our Auaha Librarians will guide you through a crash course in creating your own custom graphic, then help you press your design onto your tee using our heat press. Bring along a t-shirt and design something that reflects who you are and what Pride means to you.

Suitable for teens and adults. 

Cost: $6.50+ for materials.

Drop in sessions at Te Kete Aronui - Rototuna Library  on Tuesday 21, Thursday 23, Tuesday 28 and Thursday 30 April.

Crochet with Pride

You are invited to join us as we create colourful granny squares to combine into a vibrant Pride blanket. It’ll be a relaxed, friendly space to learn, chat, and connect while making something beautiful. Spaces are limited - Register now to secure your spot.
