This flier is promoting used cars for sale at Dominion Motors Ltd on Victoria Street in 1939. According to the street directory of the time, Dominion Motors Ltd was at 11 Victoria Street, between the Cathedral of St Peter and what was at the time, Bridge Street. The flier must have been produced early in the year as it states “Buy now for Easter. Select your car from the above list and look forward to happy Easter motoring.” According to their list, a 1928 Armstrong Siddley Roadster was available for £25 ($2846 today) and a 1929 Ford Model A Sedan £85 ($9678 today).
