This menu is from a dinner held at the Hamilton Hotel on 22 July 1958. The dinner was held in honour of G. H. V. Bindon Esquire, the President of the New Zealand Society of Accountants. Among the dishes served that evening were Curried Oysters, Devilled Ox Kidneys, Grilled Seasoned Spatchcock and Bacon and Steamed Plum Pudding. A number of well-known Hamilton businessmen are listed on the Toast List to provide toasts during the evening including Dr. D. Rogers, Deputy-Mayor and Mr. H. C. M.
