Price list for a range of grocery items including oil and paint HCLE_00015

This pricelist dates from 1921 and shows that competitive food prices are certainly nothing new.

The Auckland Co-Operative Society established a shop at Frankton Junction and stocked a wide range of items from baking powder (5 different brands) to boot polish (4 different brands) and 23 different soaps!

Ephemera like this gives us a great insight into what people were eating and using in their homes.
