Based in Hamilton, New Zealand, Amber Bremner is an experienced writer and editor, a skilled self-taught food photographer, and a passionate plant-based foodie. She is a contributor and columnist to Nourish and Kiwi Gardener magazines. Her website was named a finalist for Best Food Website in the 2019 Foodies NZ Food Media Awards.
